Certifications and training

Purple’s staff is a mix of Certified Addiction Counselors and highly qualified peer recovery guides. This mix of education and personal recovery experience provides for an experience that is authentic and credible.

As a recovery center, Purple looks to the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences (GARR) for oversight and guidance in maintaining quality standards. GARR is the local affiliate with the National Alliance for Recovery Residences. Purple is proud of our long-standing membership as an “Approved” recovery residence.

Purple is also certified by the Georgia Board of Pardons and Parole. For guys with court issues or probation this provides the court officials confidence that Purple is a safe and certified facility.
