I serve as the Family Coordinator at Purple, a role I’ve held since 2015. I hold an Education Specialist degree in Leadership, Teaching, and Counseling, and bring 39 years of professional experience, including 20 years in family recovery support programming. I also have over a decade of experience in curriculum development and program coordination.
I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia, my Master of Education from Georgia State University, and my Education Specialist degree from Piedmont College.
I love my role at Purple and believe that education is empowering. I’m committed to passing on the healing my family experienced through family programming. From my own experience, I know that when families are part of the solution, they can find healing and build healthy, supportive homes for everyone.
